Executive Chef Anthony Garcia, formerly of Coconutz Sports Bar & Eatery is proud to announce his  new venture with the rebirth of a Costa Rican legacy, “Claudio y Gloria!” as well as their new and exciting concept, Tortuga Bar at Claudio y Gloria effective August 1, 2011.
Chef Anthony’s constant drive to find a new angle, and never satisfied with yesterday’s accomplishments, he is always striving for a new inspiration. Drawing his influence from fresh ingredients complimented by an intriguing array of flavors from Latin America.  His eclectic yet harmonious cuisine brings a dynamic perspective to classic techniques.  Whether you are in the mood for something traditional, eclectic or out of the ordinary, your meal is sure to be succulent, scrumptious and satisfying to the palate. In the tradition of great artists, Anthony can breathe new life into any menu.

Claudio y Gloria offers upscale and casual dining in a fun, relaxed oceanfront atmosphere. The new and infused breakfast, lunch and dinner menus will feature simple, fresh and authentic Costa Rican dishes, flavorful tapas, fresh seafood, chicken and beef entrees as well as classic American favorites and a vast array of traditional and gourmet pizzas.  In addition to the menu, Chef Anthony will feature daily mouthwatering specials.   Claudio y Gloria offers a wide variety of wines from diverse regions.
